I have a lot of his books and enjoy them, especially the more Steampunk ones, but I have to be in a silly mood.Anstice Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06659015918272722407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-52364159500107393.post-11423802492340952692015-02-27T07:32:04.538-08:002015-02-27T07:32:04.538-08:00Well, it starts in a farmer's field, but it p...Well, it starts in a farmer's field, but it progresses to overlook the city from a hill and then descend into it, so it's probably the one you remember. Actually, the opening chapter was probably the most entertaining, in my opinion. Still not sure why I had so much trouble reading this.Rebecca M. Then going down into said city and finding all the things you've described? It all sounds vaguely familiar, and the title is one I kind of recognise and would pick up anyway. If I've read it, I read it around 10 years ago. I enjoyed it, but not enough to remember the author or follow them. But then I'm a Brit. :DJemima Petthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17110647375899927233noreply@blogger.com
